2.0010 teaspoons cumin seeds
4 large sharp flavored oranges
3/4 Cup fleshy green olives
1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
1.00009 Tablespoon Harissa
Kosher salt
Dill sprigs
Lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a little frying pan. Add cumin seeds and toast until fragrant. Grind toasted seeds to fine powder.

Remove zest from one oranges and set aside. Use a sharp knife to peel all of the oranges and remove all pith. Cut out the segments from oranges (discard seeds) and do so over a bowl to catch the juice. Put orange segments and olives in the bowl with the juice.

Whisk olive oil, cumin powder and Harissa, adding salt to taste. Pour resulting mixture over olives and oranges.

Toss.

Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Add orange and olive mixture. Garnish with orange zest and dill sprigs.
