½ gallon vanilla ice cream
1 pint whipping cream
6-8 c. strong, brewed coffee
½ c. sugar
bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Make strong pot of coffee. Dissolve sugar in hot coffee. Let cool and chill in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Before serving, put softened ice cream in punch bowl. Add coffee, whipping cream and as much bourbon as desired.
