1 1/2 lb concord grapes, washed and removed from stems
2 1/2 cups water
3 1/2 cups apple juice or apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks
1 whole anise seed
5 whole cloves
5 cardamon pods, broken open
1 orange slice

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in a stock pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 30 minutes.
2) Strain juice through a fine strainer into a large container. Press as much liquid from grapes as possible.
3) Serve warm. Keep in refrigerator for a few weeks.
