1 egg
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze out as much moisture from the spaghetti squash as you can, I find it helpful to use a cloth or paper towel to absorb excess moisture.
Combine spaghetti squash, egg, cheese and spices
Form patties with the mixture, I find its easier if they are patted very thin.
Heat a tbsp of olive oil or butter in a skillet
Cook each hash brown patty until they are browned on both sides
Enjoy!
