3 Eggs
1 Cup Oil
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Zucchini, grated
3 Teaspoons Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
Teaspoon Baking Soda
Teaspoon Nutmeg
3 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Cup Nuts, chopped (walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together- eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
Sift together- flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and nuts.
Add dry to wet and mix well.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Divide batter into each loaf pan.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.

For chocolate lovers add- chocolate chips!
