2-3 apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 cup crushed pineapple (do not drain) packed in its own juice
1 (4 serving) Jello sugar free, "instant' vanilla or butterscotch (dry pudding mix)
1/3 cup slightly chopped walnuts or nut of your choice
1/4 cup mini marshmallows - cut in half to make smaller pieces
3/4 cup light cool whip
1 cup plain "FAGE" Greek yogurt (high protein- o fat or low fat)
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl mix (dry) pudding mix, yogurt and pineapple with juice.

Add peeled and sliced apples, lemon juice, walnuts, marshmallows and lastly fold in thawed Cool Whip and gently mix.

Note: If too dry, add 2 tablespoons fruit juice
Mix by "gently" folding just until combined.

Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Optional:
May add 1/2 cup sliced grapes, if desired. Excellent for picnics or potlucks, but keep chilled. This usually goes with any meal.
