1 large cauliflower, washed and broken down to florets
2 tbs olive oil
6-8 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
1 lb box linguini or fettuccini
¼+ cup romano cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil on medium in large frying pan. Add cauliflower florets and brown on one side. Stir in 3 cloves minced garlic and cook to caramelize. When the cauliflower is almost cooked make a reservoir in the middle of the pan, put ½ tbs oil in center with rest of minced garlic and a little salt and pepper. Continue cooking.

2. While the cauliflower is cooking, bring water for the pasta to boil In a large sauce pan . Add a little salt and olive oil to the cooking water. When the pasta is al dente, return half the pasta to the pasta pot. Add half the cauliflower and garlic. Layer with pasta and the rest of the cauliflower mixture. Add cheese and toss to mix. Add additional salt and cheese to taste. Serve.
