2 1/2-3 Cups Water
2/3 Cup Chile Caribe, dry crushed
1 Sq. Tomato Boullion, or 1 tsp. Granules
1 T Granulated Garlic Powder
1/3 - 1/2 Onion, or 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 T Veg Oil
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 10 minutes. Check mix after 5 minutes to see if it has thickened. Continue blending (make sure it doesnt explode out of a blender.

The mixture thickens as you blend it.

Adjust water to your desire consistency.
