1 Cup Butter
1 Cups Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Teaspoon Baking Soda
Teaspoon Ground Cloves
Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Canned Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375
Beat butter with mixer. Add sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, and pumpkin and teaspoon salt and mix together. Add pumpkin, eggs and vanilla and mix. Add flour and stir with spoon. Drop dough by spoonfuls and smooth edges to a round shape on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until middle of cookie is firm. Cool on rack.
