1 Cup Butter
1 ½ Cups Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ Teaspoon Ground Cloves
½ Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Canned Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4 Cups Flour

Directions:

Preheat over to 375º
Beat butter with mixer. Add sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, and pumpkin and ½ teaspoon salt and mix together. Add pumpkin, eggs and vanilla and mix. Add flour and stir with spoon. Drop dough by spoonfuls and smooth edges to a round shape on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until middle of cookie is firm. Cool on rack.
