2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
1 Tablespoon McCormick® Cajun Seasoning
4 cups fresh romaine chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
1 cucumber sliced
1/4 cup red onion diced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese crumbled

Avocado Ranch Dressing:
1 avocado ripe
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® onion powder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Season each side of the chicken breast with Cajun Spice. Grill the chicken until cooked throughout and no longer pink. Chop and set aside.

Combine romaine, cherry tomates, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl. Add the chopped cajun chicken and toss.

To make the avocado ranch:
Combine avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Serve over salad.
