Spiked Kielbasa Recipe

1½ lbs. turkey sausage or turkey kielbasa
1 cup beer ( without foam)
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
3 T. yellow mustard
2 T. prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sausage and beer in skillet. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
In small bowl, stir together brown sugar, cornstarch, mustard, and horseradish.
Stir mixture into sausage/beer and boil for 1 minute (until thickened).
Serve warm with toothpicks!
