10 slices bacon
1 head fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
2/3 c sweet red onion chopped
1 c raisins soaked in 2 c boiling water
3-5 Tbsp garlic wine vinegar
3/4 c mayo
3/4 c Miracle Whip
3/4 c sugar (maybe less)
1 c sunflower seeds
shredded carrots (?)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Fry bite-sized pieces of bacon until evenly brown and a little crisp. In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, onion, and raisins. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 Tbsp vinegar, sugar, mayo, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper. If it's too thick add more vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture, and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Before serving, toss the salad with bacon and sunflower seeds. (I usually use 4 Tbsp vinegar)
