1 (12 oz) bag fresh broccoli florets
2 T butter
1/4 c minced onion
2 lg cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T fresh lemon juice
Lemon wedges, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Working in batches, pulse broccoli florets in a food processor until very finely chopped
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook, stirring util softened, about 3 minutes.
Stir in garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in broccoli, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; cook covered until broccoli has softened, about 5 minutes.
Pour in lemon juice and toss to combine.
Serve with thinly sliced lemon wedges (if using)
