Ingredients:  
8 slices stale bread (or fresh bread lightly toasted)
¾ lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
¾ lb mild cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs, beaten
2½ cups milk
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
Dash paprika
1 small onion, minced
½ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Worchestershire sauce
Dash cayenne pepper
¾ lb ham, shaved

Directions:
Cut bread into small cubes. Mix together all ingredients except bread and ham. Alternate layers of cheese mixture, ham and bread cubes in greased 13x9 baking dish. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake at 300º for 1 hour or until set.
