1 lb spaghetti
4 medium tomatoes, cored and torn into ¾" pieces
½ C basil leaves, coarsely torn
½ C extra virgin olive oil
¼ lb mozzarella cheese, torn into ½" pieces
3 T oregano leaves, coarsely torn
4 medium garlic cloves, smashed
½ t hot red pepper flakes
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti until al dente.
Combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl - let stand at room temperature.
Drain spaghetti in colander.
Add to tomato mixture.
If making in advance, be sure to add the mozzarella with the spaghetti.
Toss to combine.
Sprinkle with basil and serve.
