3 cans of green chiles (sliced with 4 chiles per can) (not diced)
16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 eggs
3 cups milk
3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Spray 9x13 pan with no stick cooking spray
3. Put 12 chiles in bottom of pan
4. Spread cheese over pan
5. Beat 3 eggs, milk, flour and salt in blender to get rid of flour lumps
6. Pour over cheese
7. Bake for 1 hour

This recipe was a family favorite for Joe from when his family lived in El Paso. It was originally called Martha Lou's Chili and Cheese. I am not sure who Martha Lou was but she had a great recipe.
