2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cups onions, coarsely chopped
2 cups cold cooked rice
2 eggs
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt

Optional:
2 Cups cooked meat (bacon, ham, shrimp, left-overs) or green peppers, mushrooms (or a combination of any items you desire)

Heat large skillet and add the sesame oil. Fry the onions (and any other firm items you may add such as carrots/broccoli/etc.) until softened. Add the rice and saute. Add the meat/shrimp, etc. and incorporate into mixture. Add a mixture of the eggs, stirred slightly, soy sauce and salt. Stir well, being sure to cover all ingredients with egg mixture. Heat thoroughly before serving.
