4 Cups Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Shortening
2 Eggs slightly beaten
1/2 Cup Milk + extra to coat cookies
2 Jars of Toasted Sesame Seeds

Stand Mixer
Small sized bowl
Pie plate
Cookie tray

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, shortening and eggs to mixer, mix on medium, add milk 1 tsp at a time, when dough holds together wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Grab a small piece of dough about the size of a large gum ball, roll it into a small oval shape, (cookie will expand while cooking) dip cookies in milk, then roll in seeds, set on tray about 1” apart. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden. Place on cooling rack.
