1 1/2 pounds ground beef, cooked
1 cup chopped onion, sautéed
16 oz can sauerkraut
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Directions:

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
