I love this sauce to have on kale or any type of steamed veggies.

1 Medium onion
2 Tbs olive oil
2 tbs butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (use the powder kind not fresh)
1/2 cup of Heavy cream
Franks red hot
Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Carmelize the onion with the olive oil and I usually add the butter close to the end.

Step 2: add the heavy cream, stir pretty constantly on medium heat

Step 3: add the Parmesan cheese and franks reshot to taste. It should have a tangy zesty taste from it. Keep stirring until warm and starts to thicken.

Step 4: remove from heat and put in a bullet or blender and purée.

Step 5: transfer back to pot and ensure thick enough and warm enough.
