1 1/2 pounds Brussel sprouts, ends trimmed and yellow leaves removed, cut in half the long way
3 T olive oil
1 tsp coarse Kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Place trimmed Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large Ziploc bag. Seal and shake to coat.
3. Pour onto lightly greased baking sheet, lay out in a single layer, and cook for 30-35 minutes. Toss sprouts once or twice while they cook. Serve warm, and ENJOY!
