Olive Oil
Seasoning of Choice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Line baking pan with foil.
3. Pat fish dry with paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with spices.
4. Broil for 6-8 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Note: You can use pretty much any spice mix that is good for fish. My favorite is Penzey's "Northwoods" spice mixed with their "4S" Seasoning Salt but I have also used generic cajun and creole spice mixes.
