10 Jalapeno Peppers
8 oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
10 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and membranes with a spoon. Set on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine cheeses and bacon, mix well. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture, just fill, do not mound. Bake the jalapenos about 20 minutes, or until the peppers soften and the cheese is bubbly. Cool slightly, serve.
