2 cups non-fat dry milk powder
¾ cup cornstarch
¼ cup bouillon powder
2 Tbsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp basil leaves
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
½ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Store in airtight container.

To substitute for 1 can of cream soup:
Combine ⅓ cup dry mix with 1¼ cups cold water in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add to casserole as you would a can of (nondiluted) cream soup.

Makes equivalent of 9 cans of soup.
