1 cup milk, from this book
1 and 1/2 tbl nutritional yeast
1/2 tbl miso
Scant 1/2. Tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp mustard powder
Scant 1/4 tsp onion powder
Pinch white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch xanthum gum
Good 1 tbl tapioca starch
1 tbl commercial salsa
1 tbl sun dried tomatoes, no oil
1/8 tsp cumin

1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2-1 tbl salsa

Mix everything in blender, except red pepper flakes and the last salsa

Add to saucepan. With the last salsa and red chili peppers.

Bring to simmer until thickened.
