1 lb hamburger
cup green pepper
1 tsp parsley
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 T green onion sliced
1 -15 oz can tomato sauce
2 T flour
tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 Tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. Brown ground beef. Add tomato sauce, green pepper, 2 Tbsp flour, pepper, and parsley. Heat to boiling. Boil 1 minute.

Pour into ungreased pan (13 x 9 x 2). Sprinkle with cheese on top.

Beat eggs, milk, 1 cup flour, and tsp salt. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with green onions.

Bake until fluffy and golden brown 25-30 minutes.
