1 pkg. 3 oz. Instant jello pudding (lemon)
1½ c. cold milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in deep narrow bottom bowl. Blend. Beat high speed 4-6 minutes. Use for topping on lemon cake (Duncan Hines mix)
