1 cup flour
½ cup melted butter
½ cup finely chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts work best)

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
9 oz Cool Whip

2 pkgs instant pudding (chocolate or butterscotch)
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter & chopped nuts. Press into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Remove and cool.

Mix softened cream cheese and powered sugar until smooth and well blended. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over first layer.

Beat pudding, milk and vanilla 2-3 minutes and pour over the second layer. Cool until set.

Spread the rest of the Cool Whip over set pudding layer and sprinkle with more chopped nuts and chocolate curls.

Refrigerate several hours or over night.
