Ingredients:  
4-5 sweet potatoes, baked, pulp removed
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 stick of butter, melted
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp.vanilla
1 oz. bourbon

Toppings:
1 cup pecans, toasted
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter, softened
¾ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well, except toppings, and place in a greased casserole.
2. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
3. Mix all the topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Return to oven until browned.
