2 lbs. fresh medium mushrooms
1⅔ cups Burgundy
1 cup beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. dill weed
½ tsp. pepper
3-4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a 4-qt. Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, one hour. Uncover and simmer 2 hours more or until only a small amount of liquid remains.
2. Transfer to a 1½-2 qt. chafing dish. Serve hot.

Makes 4 cups.
