1 – Packaged Frozen Hashed Brown Potatoes (2 lbs.)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 Tsp. Butter (melted)
½ Tsp. Black Pepper
½ C Onion (chopped)
1 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 C American Cheese (grated)
2 C Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Spread hashed brown potatoes evenly in a large flat buttered baking pan or buttered 9 x 13 pan.

Mix soup, sour cream, butter, black pepper, onion, sharp cheddar cheese and American cheese. Pour over potatoes.

Top with 2 cups corn flakes which have been stirred in one stick of melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
