2- 10 0z. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1½ cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
dash of garlic salt
1- (10¾ oz.) can condensed cream mushroom soup
Pepperidge Farms dressing crumbs for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook spinach in water for 15 minutes; drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients, except crumbs, in order given; pour in casserole.
2. Bake at 350º until mixture bubbles. Top with crumbs, bake 5-10 minutes longer.
