1 large bunch of fresh Swiss chard
1 garlic clove, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. water
pinch of dried crushed red pepper
1 tsp. butter
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse swiss chard leaves thoroughly. Remove toughest third of stalk.
Chop leaves into inch-wide strips.
Heat saucepan on medium heat, add olive oil, a few small slices of garlic and crushed red pepper.
Saute for minute.
Add chopped swiss chard leaves.
Cover and check after about 5 minutes.
If looks dry, add water.
Flip leaves over in the pan. Cover and cook after another 5 minutes.
Add salt to taste, and small amount of butter.
