4 Eggs
4 oz Brie
4 strips of bacon
1 oz Cilantro
1 oz Jalapeno
Shredded Cheddar cheese

You'll need two nonstick frying pans that are oven safe!

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350. Slice the raw bacon into small pieces, place in the small frying pan and cook at a low to medium heat.
2. Mince the cilantro, and the Jalapeno. When bacon is nearly finished throw in the cilantro, and the jalapeno.
3. Cut Brie into small pieces. Crack and scramble the eggs, place them into a frying pan on a very low heat. Do not disturb the egg while it is cooking, when under side of eggs have cooked, place pan in the oven.
4. Let the eggs cook in the oven for two minutes. Before the top solidifies spread the bacon, Jalapeno, and cilantro evenly over the egg. Also put dabs of brie throughout the egg, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
5. When the top of the eggs have solidified, and the cheese has melted remove the pan from the oven, and enjoy.
