½ Cup Butter, Softened
⅔ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1¾ Cup Flour
4 Ounces Whit Chocolate, Chopped
¾ Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. In a large bowl cream butter and sugar. Add cocoa powder and baking powder. Beat for 2 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time.
4. Gradually stir in flour mixture to liquids by hand. Stir in chocolate.
5. Divide dough in half. Form 2 logs (approx 9x2) on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment
paper. Dough will be very sticky. Wet hands with cold water before attempting this.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
7. Reduce oven to 300ºF. Cut logs into ¾" slices. Lay slices cut side down on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes, turn over and bake an additional 9 minutes or until crisp and dry.
