Refrigerated pie crust
1 ½ c brown sugar
½ c soft butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º and spray muffin cups with non-stick spray

Unroll pie crust and cut rounds. Gently press into muffin cups

In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients until well blended.

Spoon about 2 Tb mixture into each crust lines muffin cup

Bake 20-25 mins or until filling is set and crust is golden brown.

Run knife around edge of each tart to remove.

Cool in pan, about 30 mins.

Store covered, in refrigerator.
