3 c Sweet potato - cooked and mashed
1 egg - beaten
¼ c melted butter
½ tsp vanilla
1 Tb Orange Juice Concentrate
⅛ tsp nutmeg
3 Tb maple syrup
2 Tb Grand Marnier
½ c sugar

1 c brown sugar
⅓ c butter
⅓ c flour
1 c pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all but topping ingredients (brown sugar, butter, flour & pecans) and spoon into casserole dish

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
