1/2- 1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon
1 tsp Worcestershire
Juice of 1/2 of a large lemon
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan (freshly grated is best)
1 oz (about 2 Tbsp) Olive oil
3 oz (about 6 Tbsp) Mayonaise

Combine all ingredients. It's fine to adjust to personal taste.
Optional: Croutons
Cut baguettes, bread or buns into 1'' cubes, roll in olive oil, sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Bake in a 240 degree oven for 25 min or until crunchy and dry.
