1 pound stoned dates (2 1/2 cups dates without pits)
1/4 pound figs (3/4 cup)
2 oz/2 tbsp walnuts (1/8 cup)
1 oz/1 tbsp butter

Chop or mince very fine, add butter and work together well, put into jars and use as a spread.
