3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup finely minced onion
1 apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp garlic seasoning
3 tbs flour
1 1/2 cups meat, chicken, or fish stock or milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a heavy saucepan, add onion and apple and cook and stir until the onion is yellow.
2. Add flour, curry powder and garlic seasoning and blend. Add meat stock or milk and cook and stir until the resulting stock is smooth and thickened. Season to taste.
3. Add 2 cups to any desired cooked diced meat, fish, poultry or hard cooked eggs to above, heat thoroughly and serve over hot, cooked rice. This will make from 1 3/4 to 2 cups of sauce.
