1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup bran
1 cup yogurt
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Sift together first 4 ingredients.
3. Stir in sugar and bran.
4. In a separate bowl, combine next 4 ingredients.
5. Add liquid mix to dry ingredients all at once.
6. Do not overmix, stir only until combined.
7. Fold in blueberries.
8. Pour batter into greased or lined muffin tins.
9. Bake for about 30 minutes until firm.
