2 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 (6oz) package chicken flavored stuffing mix
1 cup parmesan cheese
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup melted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain well, pressing out all of the liquid.
In a bowl, combine spinach, stuffing mix, cheese, eggs, and butter. Mix well and form into balls the size of a big marble. Place balls on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 7 to 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
