1 (3.4 oz.) package Jello Vanilla flavor instant pudding
1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice undrained
1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
1 (10-oz.) package prepared round angel food cake
8 whole strawberries (cleaned)

Directions:
Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom layer, cut side down on serving plate. Spread 1 1/3 cups of the pudding mixture onto layer; cover with middle cake layer and spread 1 cup of pudding mixture onto layer. Top with final layer and spread with remaining pudding mixture. Garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve. For an extra special treat, slice strawberries and arrange them in between layers as well as on top.
