4 pork loin chops
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When oven is preheated, melt butter in baking dish. Combine egg, milk and pepper. Dip chops into egg mixture. Coat with bread crumbs. Place in pan and drizzle melted butter over chops before baking. Bake for 10 minutes, turn chops, bake another 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
