1 c. margarine or butter (softened)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream (fat free, light or regular)

⅓ c. brown sugar
c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts or pecans, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla to mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Start and end with dry ingredients. (The longer you beat this, the lighter the cake.)
Pour into prepared baking pan. (It will be thick.). Sprinkle on topping.
Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
