2 pounds ground beef or chuck
2/3 cup dried bread crumbs
1 cup tomato juice
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in tomato juice. Add ground beef, eggs, onions, sage, salt and pepper mixing well. Shape into loaf in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add meatloaf sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.



3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
1 teaspoon ground prepared mustard


Mix ingredients together and pour over meatloaf before baking.
