4 potatoes
1 1/2 c flour
1 egg
salt and pepper
extra flour for kneading















Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, cool, peel and mash.....add to flour, salt/pepper
and egg. Mix together onto a floured surface. Knead into dough by
adding flour only until it is no longer sticky. roll out and cut into rope strips.
cut into 1/2 inch pieces to make a thumb size to roll over the
back of a fork to make grooves.
They are ready to eat after boiling until they rise to the top
of the pot.
