1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
Small tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
1/4 lb butter
Applesauce, jam or marmalade – for filling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients like pie crust, and press into muffin tins.
2. Fill with applesauce, jam or marmalade.
3. Bake in paper cups at 375 F for 20-25 mins. Can be easily doubled!
