1 tsp stevia

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp baking powder

cinnamon to taste

pinch of shredded mozzarella

2 tbs cream cheese softened

mix all the stuff up in a bowl and put it on a waffle iron until it is cooked, top with sugar free syrup or use as a bun for a breakfast sandwich.
